All you need to know

Do you ever feel like your organisation isn’t using its full technical capacity? Do you catch yourself being the “technical translator” in a leadership group that doesn’t quite get what you’re trying to say? Do you feel like your organisation could move twice as fast with the right conversations in the room?

You’re not alone!

Gothenburg lacks a real gathering spot for technical leaders, so we’re building one. A place for honest discussions, shared lessons, and peers who actually understand the pressure and complexity of technical leadership.

We see the CTO role as one that includes three key areas: culture, technology, and business. In everyday work, the role often involves much more than just technology. People management, competence development, leadership, and recruitment are examples of topics many of us grapple with, and these are exactly the kinds of subjects we want to explore within this network.

As part of the network’s continued development, we’re currently exploring a format where each gathering has a clearer focus on one of these areas, with a specific topic within that theme serving as a starting point for discussion.

Join us for a straightforward meetup: grab a beer, meet people who speak your language, and help shape a community aimed at stronger tech and smarter leadership in the region. If you can't make it to this one, make sure to sign up for our newsletter.

This is a free event, you just cover your own tab.

Code of Conduct

  • No unsolicited or direct sales activities are permitted unless the other party has clearly expressed interest in purchasing.

  • Full confidentiality applies to all information shared within this forum, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Please note: We won’t be using the main entrance at Pustervik. Instead, head to the door just to the left of the main entrance.

We’ll be standing there to welcome you and guide you in.

Want to get more involved?

If you’d like to engage more actively, there are two additional ways to do so:

  • If you want to be part of driving the network forward and take shared responsibility for its development, you can join a smaller group that meets six times per year. The cost is 7,500 SEK per year (excl. VAT). https://forms.gle/aNgoFTfWaSud...
  • For those who want to help make Gothenburg an even stronger place for development. The AI initiative focuses on sharing knowledge, experimenting, and learning from each other as companies, to become better at applying AI in practice. https://forms.gle/7V3dVksLZ1G3...
